Your use of The Toy Man® Seal of Approval, The Toy Man® Award of Excellence, The Toy Man® eChoice™ Award, The Toy Man®, The Toy Man® S.T.E.M. Award, The Toy Man® Mom's Approved Award, The Toy Man® Award of Recognition, The Toy Man® eco-Recognition™ Seal, The Toy Man® bpaSafe Seal, The Toy Man® leadSafe Seal and phthalatesSafe Seal or any combination thereof, is subject to the following terms and conditions. Your use of any of these, constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

The Toy Man® Seal of Approval, The Toy Man® Award of Excellence, The Toy Man® eChoice™ Award, The Toy Man®, The Toy Man® S.T.E.M. Award, The Toy Man® Mom's Approved Award, The Toy Man® Award of Recognition, The Toy Man® eco-Recognition™ Seal, The Toy Man® bpaSafe Seal, The Toy Man® leadSafe Seal and phthalatesSafe Seal or any combination thereof, can be used by all authorized licensees on the packaging and web site for products which have been inducted into The Toy Man® Product Guide for which appropriate licensing fees have been paid.

By your choosing to bear any The Toy Man® Product Guide seals or awards on your web site, and/or with your product(s) packaging, you agree to the additional terms and conditions following whch are set forth by ChildSafe International, Corp.:

	ChildSafe International Corp shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of TTMPG or ChildSafe Internationasl Corp, marks, logos, seals, or awards.
	You acknowledge the validity of the The Toy Man® Product Guide/ChildSafe International, Inc. marks, and that ChildSafe International, Inc. has established significant rights of condition therein.
	You agree not to impair the title, rights and/or interest of TTMPG™ or ChildSafe International Corp. in the - use of TTMPG seals and/or awards which are used under licensing of The Toy Man® Product Guide, including the acronym and full name of the online publication/organization and the TTMPG™/ChildSafe International, Inc. logos.
	The Toy Man® Product Guide and ChildSafe International Corp. shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of TTMPG or ChildSafe International Corp evaluation report or product evaluation summaries published for private or public view.
	You will not make any claim to, apply to register, or register the TTMPG™/ChildSafe International Corp marks or any confusingly similar marks.
	All use of the TTMPG™ seal and awards shall remain solely to authorized usage approved by terms and conditions set forth by TTMPG™
	Upon payment of appropriate licensing fees, you are granted a license to use the TTMPG Seal, and awards if applicable for a period of one calendar year from date of evaluation report posting.
	If any of these conditions or those following are not met, the license is invalid and TTMPG™ can remove your entry from our database of The Toy Man® Product Guide inducted products
	Without a valid license the use of TTMPG™/ ChildSafe International Corp. marks must be discontinued and no confusingly similar mark and/or name can be used.
	If ChildSafe International Corp. revokes a license because of misrepresentation or inappropriate use of TTMPG™ / ChildSafe International, Inc. seal, marks, or awards, notification will be sent to the e-mail address which is listed in the TTMPG™ Product Submission Form. If the situation is not remedied within five business days after such notification, The Toy Man® Product Guide reserves the right to take appropriate action including but not limited to, making the misrepresentation known through lists, web-postings and notifications to the press.
	You hereby indemnify and hold the TTMPG™/ChildSafe International, Inc. harmless from any claims, suits, losses or damages (including reasonable legal fees incurred by The Toy Man® Product Guide/ChildSafe International Corp.), arising as a result of breach of this agreement or any other action taken by you in connection with any services provided by The Toy Man® Product Guide/ChildSafe International Corp.
	The occurrence and/or results of any review, evaluation, or other proceedings conducted by or for The Toy Man® Product Guide/ChildSafe International Corp. with respect to TTMPG™ seals, marks, and/or awards, does not constitute any representation or warranty by or on behalf of TTMPG or ChildSafe International Corp.. Moreover, these occurrences and/or results shall not give rise to any liability or obligations on the part of TTMPG™ or ChildSafe International Corp, or any rights of reliance by or for you or any third party, nor otherwise be deemed or construed as being for the benefit of you or any third party.
	The license gives no right to sub-license any of the rights granted herein.
	All notices, claims, requests, and demands to TTMPG™ and/or ChildSafe International Corp. shall be made in writing by registered or certified mail with reply postage prepaid to:

	This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Nevada.
	The trademarks, logos, seals, awards, and service marks (collectively the "TLSAS") displayed on this Web Site are registered and unregistered trademarks, logos, seals, awards, and service marks of The Toy Man® Product Guide, ChildSafe International Corp., its affiliates and others.
	Nothing contained within this web site, trademarks, logos, seals, awards, and service marks, should be construed as granting, by implication, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of them  without the written permission of The Toy Man® Product Guide and/or ChildSafe International Corp. or such third party that may own the trademarks, logos, seals, awards, and service marks displayed.
	Your misuse of our trademarks, logos, seals, awards, and service marks displayed, or any other content on The Toy Man® Product Guide Web Site, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination of your license to use same.
