Validation of a product having been independent lab tested is integrated into our evaluation process to work with other elements in critical details of a products evaluation. It plays an important role in regard to our product awards and certifications. There is also confirmation
of the lab testing and CPSIA approval if proper paperwork has been provided for our
review and confirmation.

The Toy Man® bpaSafe™ Seal designates the product has been tested by our staff and proven it meets the Federal standards for what is considered a "Safe" level of BPA content or entire absence of BPA. |

The Toy Man® ecoOrganic™ Seal designates the product has proven it contributes to ecological improvement. This can be from the product or portion of the product being made from recycled or easily renewable source materials. |

The Toy Man® latexSafe™ Seal designates the product has been tested by our staff and proven it meets the Federal standards for what is considered a Safe" level of latex content, is using a latext substitute or latex free materials.
NOTE: Some people / infants are allergic to latex. This is caused by a reaction to proteins in natural rubber latex. Symptoms can range from mild skin irritation to severe anaphylaxis and is taken quite seriously in our product evaluation. |
